Arshdeep Tindni, M.D.

Dr. Tindni is board certified in nephrology and internal medicine, and is licensed in both Ohio and Indiana. He obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at the University College of Medical Sciences at the University of Delhi before completing a residency in internal medicine at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. Dr. Tindi completed a nephrology fellowship in 2011 at the University of Cincinnati, and has been a practicing nephrologist ever since.

A few of his clinical interests include chronic kidney disease, hypertension, ESRD, and preventative medicine—topics on which his research has been widely published and presented in venues such as the Society of General Internal Medicine national meetings and the Journal of General Internal Medicine. Dr. Tindi is a Fellow of the National Kidney Foundation (FNKF) and the American Society of Nephrology (FASN), among several other professional memberships.

When he’s not helping patients do dialysis on their terms or educating the community on preventative medicine, Dr. Tindi enjoys spending time with his family and playing sports.


Dr. Loren Cohen

Dr. Loren Cohen

Dr. Cohen is a nephrologist who has been in the practice for over 20 years. After completing his undergraduate degree at Harvard University, Dr. Cohen returned to his home state of Iowa for medical training. His nephrology studies were paused for two years while he served in the US Army at Fort Campbell, KY. There, he ran the hypertension clinic and directed medical education for the department of internal medicine.


After completing his nephrology fellowship, Dr. Cohen remained at the University of Iowa to teach medicine and conduct research for four years. His work has been published in notable journals such as the American Journal of Physiology and The Journal of Clinical Investigation.


Dr. Cohen is well-recognized around the Cincinnati, OH area as a leading nephrologist. He received teaching awards at The Jewish Hospital and The Christ Hospital, and has served as the medical director for the Cincinnati Kidney Foundation.


He is married, is the father of three children, and grandfather of five.

Laura Geraci, RD

Laura is a registered dietitian with over 15 years of experience advising dialysis patients. She received her Bachelors of Science in Dietetics and Food Administration from California State University.


She was drawn to a career in the medical field because she is passionate about helping others be healthy and live their best lives. Developing relationships with the staff and patients is one of her favorite parts of being a registered dietitian, along with making her patients’ health concerns easier to handle.


When she’s not helping patients live their best lives, Laura enjoys walking, spending time with her family, and traveling to the ocean. She and her husband have been married for 18 years and have two kids (a son who loves football and a daughter who loves gymnastics) and pets (dog, Rudy, and cat, Charlie).
